- Up to $1,400: For qualifying centrally ducted air source and mini-split heat pumps.

Nicor Gas Furnace Instant Rebates
Valid until December 31, 2025
- Limit 1 Nicor Gas smart thermostat per household/account.
- Smart thermostat and furnace must be submitted on the same application to receive the rebate.
Furnace Requirements:
- To qualify, furnace must have an Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of 95% or above.
- The rebate amount is determined by the AFUE rating of the qualifying furnace.
Smart Thermostat Requirements:
- Limit: One (1) Nicor Gas smart thermostat rebate per household or account.
- The thermostat must be installed on a system with residential-sized natural gas space heating equipment.
- Smart thermostats must be installed in a home with a working Wi-Fi connection and have special features such as geo-fencing capabilities.
- Smart thermostats replacing programmable thermostats qualify for the smart thermostat rebate.
- An additional rebate may be available from your electric utility. Contact your electric provider for details.
- Smart thermostat must be ENERGY STAR® certified or be approved by the Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency team if it meets all the above requirements.
