No upselling. Respects the customer’s home. Respects the customer. Fixes the problem. And in my case, they left the furnace working better than before. Years ago, our furnace was replaced through the airport soundproofing program, which left us with a heating system I used to describe as being able to freeze ice on the first floor while baking bread upstairs at the same time. Not anymore—Airtech diagnosed the problem, and now both levels are evenly heated. Way to go! We’ve used this company in the past and will continue to in the future.
